NEWS -- Francine, Gunner Scott Released From WWE.
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that that Francine's release from the company was actually expected for quite some time. According to reports, Vince McMahon never liked her look, but they needed her for ECW House Show events for Bikini Contests with Kelly Kelly. When Trinity returned to the company following an injury, it reportedly sealed Francine's fate with WWE.
PWInsider.com is reporting that Gunner Scott (aka Brent Albright) was released today by World Wrestling Entertainment.
There remains no details as to why he was released, although he was sent back to Ohio Valley Wrestling after appearing on the Smackdown brand this summer when he was told his character was not "connecting with the audience." We hope to have more on this soon.

That explains why Francine wasn't seen on ECW strip poker. She was kinda old anyway...
Gunner Scott could do well in TNA if he gets a personality. Until then, I hear there are some openings for street hookers and heroin dealers in New York.

I never was really a fan of either, but I'd liked to have saw Gunner get more of a chance.
