Cyber Sunday Review -- 11/05/06

It's a special audio post in FullyKrazy-land. It's special because it's the Cyber Sunday review. It's special because a couple of 50-year-olds won the tag titles. It's special because DJ Fully lied and actually got the pay-per-view. And it's special because something happened on this site that hasn't in ages. There's only one way to find out what. Listen, then LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS ON CYBER SUNDAY AND WHERE WE GO FROM HERE!

Cyber Sunday Preview -- 11/05/06

Forget Taboo...this year, WWE goes Cyber! And it's not Tuesday anymore either. Who in their right mind thought people would go for a Tuesday pay-per-view? Then again, who in their right mind will go for this one? That's DJ Fully's mindset. He won't be getting Cyber Sunday, but he definitely has an opinion or two on the card. Listen to his predictions, then LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS ON THE SHOW!

The Big Show will defend the ECW Title against Rob Van Dam and four other men. Those participants will be determined in qualifying matches in the coming weeks on the ECW show on Sci-Fi. The first match will happen this Tuesday, according to the article.

NEWS -- Christian Cage vs. Rhino Match to Take Place on iMPACT!

Just for clarification based on poorly detailed reviews on other sites for TNA's latest episode of iMPACT, the announced Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match between Christian Cage and Rhino will take place when TNA moves to primetime on Spike TV November 16, NOT at the Genesis pay per view as has been widely reported on other sites.

The only announced match for Genesis is Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe.

NEWS -- WWE Ends ECW's Separate House Shows

Wrestleview.com is quoting The Wrestling Observer in reporting that WWE has decided to end their ECW house shows once the month of November is done. House show dates for December and January had been set and posted at both WWE.com and ECW.com, but have since been removed with no reason given.

ECW has their live television shows at the same venue that the SmackDown brand tapes their Friday shows. Otherwise, ECW had been separate of the other two WWE brands.

NEWS -- Corporal Kirchner Alive; WWE.com Reported Him Dead

In a bizarre twist, the man who portrayed Corporal Kirchner in then-WWF is, in fact, alive, despite what WWE.com reported.

The World Wrestling Entertainment homepage listed a story that a man named Thomas Spear had portrayed the patriotic character, and that Spear had passed away of natural causes. In fact, a gentleman by the name of Mike Kirchner had portrayed the character, and Kirchner is alive, well, and perplexed by the announcement of his death.

SLAM Sports in Canada broke the story. That article can be read at this link. WWE.com has removed the story of Corporal Kirchner's death, but has not retracted their earlier story as of 6:25 PM CT Saturday.
