I had a huge post from earlier, but I left my machine and it timed out, so I'll post it as best I can remember:
On Kennedy: Him winning the US Title is good, but, the point I was making is that it is still the C show. I mean, again to use WCW, did anyone care that Benoit was the champ when he won the belt? Heck even he didn't he threw it away then jumped for the WWE, won the IC belt, and that meant more I imagine than holding the WCW title. Same for kennedy is what I'm saying.
Furthermore, he's not that spectacular of a wrestler. He's got the mic skills that really get him over, and when you fight a Hulk Hogan-style wrestler like Batista, naturally the smaller guy is going to look good.
If I were Vince, I would bring in Hall, Nash, and X-pac (Syxx) and have them on Smackdown, and here's why. I agree with DJ Fully about building young stars on RAW, and Smackdown needs help, and as they have been showing recently, WWE can still build matches/feuds. let the DX/Outsiders (note not using nWo, that way Vince stays true to not using them) talk smack back and forth but having both GMs agree that having them on the same show would be chaos, and to let them fight at Survivor Series.
I'd like to hear DJ Fully and Krazy Kory's thoughts.
That might work... in fact storyline wise it WOULD work. And as much as I would and DO want the DX/Outsiders fued to play out that way it would not. Here's why... Hall, Nash and Waltman. Three of the most unreliable guys. Hall is Hall... nuff said there. Nash is great mic wise but his engine belongs in a dump yard, not the repair shop. Waltman likes to No-Show events way too much for to ever want to see him.
The money could be there.
The POTENTIAL is there.
But the players to make it happen are not... and that's the sad fact. Three unreliable guys. Right now I hope it would happen, but there's a 95% chance it won't or that it will get screwed up because of the three guys I have mentioned.

DX vs nWo: I hadn't heard this rumor previously, and I'm glad I hadn't. For the love of all that is holy, NO! Do NOT bring Nash, Hall, Waltman, or any combination of them back to WWE. It is NOT what anyone needs. Anyone who says it is apparently didn't pay attention to the debacle that was the attempted "Nash vs the X Division" feud in TNA, or Scott Hall since, well since the nWo formed pretty much, or Waltman since, well, I can't pinpoint it, but since a while ago. Granted, Nash was NEVER a good worker, but the charisma is what got him over. Now however his knees are in worse shape than my ankles, and that's saying a lot.
Kennedy winning the belt, AWESOME. I don't get to see enough of him as I rarely see Smackdown, but I have loved everything I have ever seen from the guy. He may not be a workhorse with his workrate, but he can hold his own in the ring, and he has more charisma than 98% of the current workers out there.
As for AJ in WWE? Let's just say it's a good thing he turned down the developmental deal years back. At his absolute best he would be IC Title level in the fed. I'm not saying he's not talented, he's one of my favorites, but he's small and can't cut a promo, he would never get the push in Vince-land.
The correct answer to that question? Colt Cabana. Granted you guys admitted you aren't that familiar with ROH so you wouldn't be that familiar with Colt, but being familiar with him, I honestly can't believe he hasn't gotten a real shot with either WWE or TNA yet. He has CRAZY charisma and cuts absolutely hilarious promos. In-ring he works a lot of comedy style matches, but that's not because he can't work, it's just because he's a funny guy. When it comes to getting down and wrestling, there are few out there that can out chain wrestle the guy. He may not be a spot monkey busting out triple corkscrew planchas, but he can throw down in the ring. I've had the privilege of calling two of his matches and I've enjoyed it immensely both times. On top of all that, he's a genuinely good guy.
On the subject of the most deserving that's never had a top belt, I honestly don't know that there's anyone right now. I agree with Kennedy and Lashley, but in that case you're talking about guys who are just getting the momentum and will be the top guys within the next year or two. They're not ready yet. The only guy I would make a case for is Matt Hardy. I never expect him to take it just because of how they continually bury him, but he's a guy with the charisma and the ability and has always been popular. With the right feud and storyline, he could have been a believable champ.
First of all, sorry for not posting on here lately. I've been having some really busy days lately and my internet has been down. But now i'm back so on to the comments:
DX vs NWO: If handled right, i see this as being very successful. I think the best case scenerio is that NWO is able to raise to the occasion and present a match worthy of the hype. If this doesn't happen, i think a continency plan should be in place. Firstly, NWO should recruit some junior members to rub shoulders with Nash and Hall in the event that the don't make a show. Secondly, WWE should stack whatever card this match is on, so that it will be good regardless. They could use the old WCW formula (successful WCW) of using established stars to draw viewers (DX and NWO) but then making the show great with younger talent.
My vote for free agent in WWE goes to Joe, Styles, or American Dragon, but I think only Joe has even a chance of being used correctly.
When Booker T won a World title in WWE, the era of "great wrestlers who never won the belt" ended. Starting with Edddie, just about every great that should have been champ has gotten a run with it. If your only counting WWE titles, then a case could be made for Taz or Sabu.
