NEWS -- Mysterio vs. Guerrero Announced for SummerSlam

As announced this morning on WWE.com, Rey Mysterio will fight Chavo Guerrero at SummerSlam for Eddie Guerrero's soul or something.

Let's remember that Chavo Guerrero is "retired," meaning Teddy Long can apparently book people out of retirement for matches. Since the following active wrestlers have nothing to do for 'Slam, may I, DJ Fully, suggest Long book the following matches for the PPV:

  • Ken Kennedy vs. The Rock
  • Undertaker vs. Kareem Abdul Jabbar
  • Gregory Helms vs. Bret Hart

Apparently, even if they are retired (and not wrestlers...see Khali), a Teddy Long ruling forces them to show up. Otherwise, dogs that shoot bees out of their mouths when they bark will kill them.

I don't know that Teddy can book people out of death...although it sure seems like they're trying with Eddie.

If tThe Rock did indeed fight MR. Kennedy, would there even be wrestling? Or a Mic-Skillz -off?
