I'm sorry, but RVD and Sabu's promos before their match sucked! Ric choking out Mick was awesome though. Good show overall. Still would like to see Heyman come out and say that he's sick of Vince feeding him storylines, I think that'd win over a lot more of the older ECW fans.

I have to disagree with the Heyman statement. Having him go back now and say he's sick of Vince feeding him lines would be Russo booking. You don't want to take someone who is finally considered a heel and turn him right back into a babyface. It demeans the product. Russo used to do that in ECW. He would do something storyline, then not like it and then he would turn it back into real life. I don't want to see that. ECW has slowly but surely gone from the worst WWE show to maybe the best after RAW this week. So why mess it all up now?
I mean Russo messed up WCW, not ECW as I stated above. Ohhh... journalism!

No, it wouldn't be bad to do that with heyman, given everyone KNOWS that Vince is forcing him to say this and he doesn't like it. It would make sense to do it, give ECW the ol' ECW feel again (and henceforth bring back some old fans, which equals more $ for vince, which if Vince didn't have an ego problem would be good, right?)
I think you overestimate the old audience. Sure, many of them are stubborn and pissed, but you would bring back the old audience at the expense of the new audience. You also overestimate the internet crowd. There aren't as many smart marks out there as you give credit for. The crowds at ECW shows right now are WWE crowds that are trying to seem "cool" and "hip" by pretending to be smart marks, a trend that drives me absolutely insane.
Agreed. Things like "Booing John Cena" are in. The trend is definately getting annoying. Then would the old audience have to start being regular marks to not be today's mark? OMG!!!! That could get cornfusing! Hey, this is the record for most comments in one post!!!
