Does anyone even care about SD! anymore? I don't unless I'm just in a total need for some wrestling 'fix', in which usually even then I pop in a DVD/VHS.

I did watch SD! this week, and was not that impressed. Kennedy won the title, big whoop. And that's the SAD thing, is that I'm saying that. But seriously, SD! is the C show (D to me because I count TNA) and even the world title to me is a joke anymore. That's not saying Booker or Batista are jokes, because they are not by far, it's just WWE is not into pushing SD! at all, it is WCW Thunder circa 2001-onward.

Ok, my rant is done.

Funny the middle of the SmackDown show was strong this past week. I was just saying in my written review the week before that they need to pick up the pace in the middle. One or the other I guess.

Three things:

-Was I the only one to miss an hour of Smackdown this week? My network showed it on Saturday afternoon and it was trimmed to an hour. I missed the Matt Hardy/Helms match, which I would love to have seen.

-Anyone else notice that Long emphasized that the contract had been looked at by lawyers and was binding? I almost see it turning out to be a "loser leaves Smackdown" match with Batista leaving and heading back to the A-show and Cena coming back to Smackdown for a while.

-As tasteless as I find the Eddie story, I still feel that if it really bothered Vicky she wouldn't do it. I don't think Vince could or would force someone to do something like that, but I do usually look for the best in people.
